I
have been regularly lecturing and writing on the pristine purity of the Divine
Message of Zarathushtra since 1963 in Iran and since 1982 in the West as well as
during my short visits to India and Pakistan. The Good Religion, as perfectly
portrayed by the Gathas and their supplements, is, mentally (spiritually) and
physically, an ever-fresh, ever-modern, ever-logical, and ever-scientific Divine
way of Good Life for the entire humanity of all times and climes.
Every
thing was all right in Iran. But in North America, certain self-styled
Traditionalists felt that their way of "faithfully" following the
"ethnicity" without any question was endangered by the universal
movement that is based on Good Clear Thoughts and Freedom of Choice. They
started a campaign. The campaign was intensified when the Zarathushtrian
Assembly was established in 1990 to learn, practice, teach and preach the Good
Religion on universal basis.
The
campaign did not present what could be called the "true" Message of
Traditionalist school as against the Message presented by the Assembly. The
campaign did/does not have a Message. It was/is based on
allegations based on distortion and lie. The tactics were/are the simple tricks
of:
(a)
Cut a part out of context of an essay and show the incomplete phrase to mean
quite contrary of what is said in the original text.
(b)
Cut a part out of its context and paste it somewhere else and often add a word
or more and then present it to mean what the distorting person wants to present.
(c)
Invent a phrase or sentence, give it within quotes, attribute it to the
blasphemed, and add a few sentences to make it mean what the distorter wants to
present.
(d)
Make an allegation without presenting any proof.
(e)
Continue repeating the allegations in louder and louder noises.
I
recently received a packet of 26 pages. The front page reads: <<The 7th
World Zoroastrian Congress; Houston, Texas, U.S.A.; WZC2000; December, 2000; A
GLOBAL PROTEST; Compiled by Zoroastrians Worldwide; February 4th, 2000.>>
It contains fourteen allegations and three
comments made without any honest proofs whatsoever. They are exclusively aimed
at barring me from participating in the World Zoroastrian Congress 2000 to be
held in Houston, Texas.
Below
are my responses, first in short in this "Introduction," and
then in detailed titled documents which can easily be read on this SITE (see
Links below),
the Assembly Homepages http://www.zoroastrian.org
and http://www.zartoshti.org,
or in my books and published and/or posted-on-Internet essays -- all available
to the reader. They indicate that
each of the allegations is a distortion, misinterpretation, misrepresentation
and a misconstrued version of my statements in which one or more of the above
explained four tricks have been used. The obvious aim of the packet: Blasphemy
at any cost for certain ulterior motives.
It
also explains that all protest letters share, more or less the following points.
With the deceptive exception of "three [misconstrued] samples" given
by the TMZA, evidently the push behind the entire move; none has given my
alleged statements within true quotes and in their full contexts. They are the
sentences and phrases composed by the senders of the <<Protest
Letters>> and/or fed by their mentor/s. They are not by me. The
quotations from the packet contents are given within <<…>> in
order to separate them from other quotations. The points are:
1.
Jafarey <<has held our priesthood in contempt.>>
I
have praised the priests for serving and preserving the Good Religion. I have
censured them for institutionalizing the progressive religion into a rigid
institution in the past eras. I have eulogized the early teachers for their high
knowledge. I have lamented for those of the decadence period for their
ignorance. I criticize the present parrots for their nominal knowledge of the
Good Religion. I hold in high regard the priests, both Iranian and Parsi, who
have rendered high services in enlightening the laity and friends in better
understanding the Good Religion. My mentor Dasturji Dr. Maneckji N. Dhalla, my
elder Dasturji Dr. Framroz A. Bode, and my friend Mobedan Mobed Rostam Shahzadi
are outstanding. I cherish the scholarly friendship of Dastur Dr. Kersey Antia,
Ervad Dr. Jehan Bagli, and Mobed Bahram Shahzadi. What I have never done and do
is to hold the Zoroastrian priesthood in contempt. This is a lie.
However,
if the allegation means that the "Protestor" Traditionalists align
their priests with the pre-Zarathushtrian priestly order, then it becomes
entirely a new matter, a matter they will have to declare in clear terms. Then
it is Asho Zarathushtra who condemns in clear terms the Karapans, the
only priestly class mentioned by him in his Divine Gathas, along with the Kavis,
the princes supporting them. Had he any friendly priest/s, he would have
definitely mentioned him/her/them the way he has done his other friends,
particularly "Kavi" Vishtaspa and his House, who stand clear from the
rest of the Kavis. Click for my essay "The
Zoroastrian Priest in the Avesta " on this SITE, Assembly Homepages http://www.zoroastrian.org

essays -- all available to the reader.
2.
He calls <<Asho Zarathushtra "not an Athravan," "not
a Prophet" and "anti-priest.">>
It
is Asho Zarathushtra who does not call himself an Âthravan in the
Gathas, his only words treasured for humanity. He gives his full name. He
mentions himself as Ratu, Mâńthran, and Saoshyant but
never an Âthravan. The
composers of the post-Gathic "Later Avesta" are the persons who have
called him "Âthravan." Click
for my researched reasons in "The
Zoroastrian Priest in the Avesta " on this SITE, the Assembly Homepages
http://www.zoroastrian.org
and http://www.zartoshti.org, or in my books and published and/or posted-on-Internet
essays -- all available to the reader.
"Prophet"
literally means "one who prophesies." Zarathushtra does not
"prophesy" doom or deliverance like biblical "prophets" to
qualify for this title. He has a unique constructive and progressive Divine
Message. He is, according to his Gathas, "Ahu" (Leading Lord), Ratu
(Righteous Guide), Urvatha (Loving Friend), and Mâńthran (Divine
Thought-provoker), titles far above "Âthravan" and
"Prophet." To me, he is too high to be compared with any Âthravan,
Prophet, Rishi, Avatâr, or any similar title.
Again,
it is Zarathushtra who is the foremost outspoken "anti-priest." He has
nothing but opposition to the priestly class. Zarathushtra has no place in his
Gathas for the contemporary priests.
I
am not against any good, beneficent, progressive profession. I cannot be. A
person may take for him/herself to be a priest or minister provided he/she is
well versed in his/her knowledge of the Good Religion and devotes him/herself in
teaching and preaching the laity the pristine purity of the religion and in
performing its simple but beautiful, meaningful, and thoughtful ceremonies. I
have my regards for the proficient priests only, not the reciters by rote.
3.
He <<has termed our fire temples as places where women are brought for
sensual pleasures of the priests.>> He calls <<our fire temples 'Precidents
for prostitution,' his dirty, filthy, twisted mind putting for the argument that
women did not go to the fire temples during their menses because prostitution
was practices by priests there.>>
It
is a blatant lie, a mean mischief, a cheap shot, and a shameful sham. Click for
my essay "Woman
in the Gathas and the Later Avesta" on this SITE,
the Assembly Homepages http://www.zoroastrian.org
and http://www.zartoshti.org, or in my books
and published and/or posted-on-Internet essays -- all available to the reader,
for what I have said and say on the subject. The cut-and-paste-to-distort by
Ervad Birdy, posted by him and also given in the 26-page packet by the
Traditional Mazdayasni Zoroastrian Anjuman and a reaction by a third person is
also attached to make the point quite clear.
It shows that in my essay of seven pages of 51 paragraphs and over 5,000
words:
(a)
The subject of "temple prostitution" belongs to Page 1 and
paragraph 12 of the Pre-Aryan period of the Part I of the essay
and has no connection whatsoever to the "Woman in the Later Avesta" of
the Part II, which begins on Page 4 and is the 25th paragraph of
the essay -- over 1,870 words later!
(b)
The term Fire Temple does not occur in the entire essay.
(c)
Fire is mentioned only for three times in the essay -- twice in the story
of King Jamshed's shelter during the Ice Age and once when speaking about the
ritual mentioned in the Vispered. Here it is the "holy fire."
(d)
Temple has been mentioned for seven times, all in the paragraph related
to the Pre-Aryan period.
One
wonders to what depth a person/s would sink low to falsely present another
person whom he/she/they hates/hate for the reasons known best to him/her/them
only! There is a limit to stoop to stupefy the simple by blaming the blameless.
4.
He calls <<our consecrated "Nirang": "Bullpiss".>>
I
do not use slang, particularly vulgar, in my speech and writing. I have always
used "consecrated bull's urine" for "Nirang", and
bull's urine or unconsecrated bull's urine for "Taro." The
sentence has been misconstrued by the "alleging" author.
And
I am fully aware of the fact that the urine of any healthy animal, if not
contaminated while passing through the urinary canal, is naturally free from
bacteria with or without any "consecration" whatsoever. At the same
time, I am proud that my hygiene-minded ancestry used this disinfectant
thousands of years ago. Science has provided us today with much better and
cleaner disinfectants, and when in need, I use them like all modern people do.
5.
He <<has sought to denigrate our scriptures as forgeries.>> He calls
<<Hormazd Yasht as "Forgery.">>
Never!
All I state is that with the exception of the Gathic part of the Avesta, they
are compositions-cum-editions by unnamed pre and post Gathic composers --
priests, poets, poet-priests, and lay priests. Their texts are the best
testimony that they are all told by "third" persons. The only person
who speaks directly to us is Zarathushtra through his divinely inspired Gathas.
No one else does. Click for the attached essay of mine "Avesta" on this SITE, the Assembly Homepages
http://www.zoroastrian.org
and http://www.zartoshti.org, or in my books and published and/or posted-on-Internet
essays -- all available to the reader.
I
am not alone to say this. All scholars, Iranian and Parsi Zoroastrians and
non-Zoroastrians, say that the Avesta is a collection of compositions by many
authors.
6.
He <<has stated that Shah Fareydoon to be a 'bhang drinker'.>> He
brands <<our sacred "Hom": "Wisdom-wasting
drink.">>
Not
me! I base my statement on recent researches. I state that the pre-Gathic Haoma
was most probably "bhang" and that the post-Gathic priests,
wanting to retain their pre-Gathic rituals, substituted it with "Ephedra,"
the present plant used in the Haoma ritual. I repeat, the present Haoma twigs
used is not the original pre-Gathic plant. It is a substitute and devoid
of the harms the original had.
I
find no evidence in the Avesta, Pahlavi and Persian writings to make such a
statement that Fareidun (Avestan Thraetaona) ever drank Haoma juice. This
statement is fabricated by the very person/s who has/have made this and other
false accusations.
Asho Zarathushtra condemns "Dűraosha" (Yasna 32.14). This word is definitely an epithet of Haoma alone and of no other object in the Avesta. Paradoxically, Zarathushtra is shown by the composer/narrator of the Hom Yasht to be praising it by using this very word "Dűraosha." How could he have a double standard?!?! The word literally means "far-from-death" and also "far-from-intellect." In another Gathic stanza, Zarathushtra calls it "műthrem mada…,"literally "intoxicating urine." (48:10) Full details are given in my responses to the 26-page packet. Click for Haoma (Dasturji Dhalla) and Haoma, Its Original and Later Identity.
7.
He <<has stated that the Ijashne ceremony is enacted to promote the use of
drugs.>>
A
blatant lie, a mean mischief, and a shameful sham of false fabrications! I have
never stated in any phrase in any of my writings, speeches or Internet postings
that could provide the slightest allusion to such a vulgar statement.
8.
He <<was actively involved in performing Navjotes of Moslems and that was
likely to have serious repercussions for Zoroastrians now living in Iran under
the Islamic regime.>>
A
false alarm and a hollow hoax raised only by certain Parsi Traditionalists. It
amounts to an insult to the intelligence of the well-awake, well-informed
Iranian Zoroastrians as if they are quite unaware of the grave danger they are
facing. It also amounts to an insult to the Parsi leadership worldwide as if
they too have been unaware of the lurking danger threatening the very existence
of their co-religionists in Iran for the last 10 years and are being now
informed of it by a few Traditionalists. It also belittles the Islamic Republic
of Iran for their negligent Intelligence service. Click for full details
are given in my responses to the 26-page packet.
9.
<<Demeaning our Sudreh-kushti>>
Another
blatant lie and cheap shot. My two
books -- Fravarane, I Choose for Myself the Zoroastrian Religion
(published by the California Zoroastrian Center, 1988); Zarathushtrian
Ceremonies, a reconstruction based on the Gathas (published by Ushta,
Cypress, 1992); and one bilingual booklet The Initiation Ceremony (Sadreh-pűshi
-- Navjote) 1997) -- are the living proofs of how sacred I hold the two. My
writings depict the Initiation as a highly meaningful ceremony for knowledgeable
adults, and not a routine ritual by rote for children.
10.
<<Constant pouring scorn on our sacred scriptures and prayers>>.
A
false statement without a single proof. The scriptures and prayers -- from the
sublime Gathas to the Yashtic spells and the Vendidadic prescriptions and
proscriptions -- have their respective values. However, I firmly believe that
the Gathic texts, particularly the Sublime Songs of Zarathushtra, to be par
excellence and that no other part of the Later Avestan collection should be held
at par with them, or attached as supplementary and/or complementary to them. Click
for the essay on "Avesta" on this SITE, the Assembly
Homepages http://www.zoroastrian.org
and http://www.zartoshti.org, or in my books and
published and/or posted-on-Internet essays -- all available to the reader.
11.
<<Establishing the Gatha-Alone-Cult with emphasis only on his perverted
version of the Gathas and dismissing the rest of our scriptures.>>
The
Zarathushtrian Assembly was founded by six, what the Traditionalists call
"born Zarathushtis" and only one "not born and brought up in a
Zarathushti family" -- me. I am one of the seven Founders.
Unless
the Traditionalists confess that they consider the only words of Zarathushtra as
incomplete and insufficient and that it was complemented and completed by the
priests who followed him in the post-Gathic eras, it means that what
Zarathushtra founded was "Cult" and not religion. It became
"Religion" only when it had its "deficiencies" complemented
and made perfect by the priests.
To
us, the Gathas are the only "Primal Principles of Life." They guide us
best in our life of Good Religion -- Daęnâ Vanguhi. It is
"of the religions that have been and that shall be, the greatest, best and
sublimest -- yâ hâthinâmchâ bushyeintinâmchâ mazishtâchâ vahishtâchâ
sraęshtâchâ." The Cult is the outdated traditions and customs that,
in our modern progressing world, mar the greatness, goodness and sublimity of
the pristine, pure Good Religion.
Regarding
<<perverted version of the Gathas and dismissing the rest of our
scriptures>> I have yet to see a Traditionalist scholar of Avesta come
forward and prove a single line of my translation as "perverted," or
even misinterpreted. My translation into Persian was published by Sâzemân-e
Faravahr, the Zartoshti Youth Organization, Tehran, in 1980 (It is still a
best seller and source of income for the Organization); and the English version
was published by Ushta Publications, California in 1989.
It is now posted in English and Persian on the Assembly Homepages
www.zartoshti.org and www.zoroastrian.org, and is regularly posted on nine
Internet groups on the basis of one stanza of the Gathic texts per day.
For many, the postings have become their daily
"thought-provoking" prayers. As regards to other parts of the Avesta,
my position is made clear in my essay "Avesta" given on this SITE
and the two Homepages http://www.zoroastrian.org
and http://www.zartoshti.org.
And
to stop another future false allegation by rumormongers, I have never accepted
any authorship fee or remuneration. My books have been and are my humble
contribution to the institutes where I have taught and teach the Divine Message
of Zarathushtra.
12.
<<Referring to himself as a RATU (A Spiritual Leader) which title is
reserved for Asho Zarathushtra.>>
I
have never referred myself by any title whatsoever -- religious, social and/or
academic. I simply write my name: Ali A. Jafarey in English and Ali Akbar
Jafarey in Persian. I have been elected as a Ratu by the Zarathushtrian
Assembly in a special ceremony attended by dignitaries some of whom have been
especially requested by the Congress Executive Board to be prominent
participants in the Congress, and I see their names on the Preliminary Program.
The
Avesta, Pahlavi and Persian writings are the best witnesses that "Ratu"
is not <<reserved>> for Zarathushtra alone but is a generic title
used in for persons of high learning. Asho Zarathushtra is the Foremost Ratu.
Click for the full details given in my responses to the 26-page
packet. Also

and http://www.zartoshti.org.
13.
<<Performing Navjotes of JUDDINS though he is not an ordained Mobed, being
himself a Muslim>>
My
qualified colleagues and I perform Navjotes of only those, who of their own
knowledgeable free will, decide to choose the Good Religion for themselves to
become Behdins. The candidate's religion, creed, belief or school prior
to his/her quest for religion, order or school and his/her final decision to
choose the Good Religion is of no concern to the Zarathushtrian Assembly. And no
part of the Avesta says that only <<an ordained Mobed>> should
initiate a candidate. Any knowledgeable Behdin may perform it. And I have no
desire at all to be called or ordained as "Mobed."
14.
<<Purporting Navjotes of JUDDINS to the Zarathushtrian faith in spite of
there being a clear religious injunction against it.>>
The
Sublime Gathas are clear on the issue, particularly the following two stanzas:
"Âye
(târa) Manthrâni mârfatę (hamâri zabân (ni fasâhat) thi purti rîtę
dusht mânasonę hamo îmân âpi shakyę chiyę."
"Thy Sacred Word proclaiming may we e'er convert with force of tongue those
gone astray."(28.5)
"Târâń
mońhońdâńnî zabânthî tűń kehe jethî saghlâ mânasonę hűń dîn űpar
yakîn râkhnâr karűń."
"In words of inspiration from Thy mouth, to help us to convert all living
men."(32.3) (Gujarati translation by Ervad Kavasji Edalji Kanga and English
by Dr. Irach J.S. Taraporewala.)
If
the Traditionalists have any <<injunction>> whatsoever from their
Holy Scriptures that negates the Gathas, they must come forward and
present it. It could, at least, "shock" the Iranian Zoroastrians who
highly believe in conversion/acceptance. And what do the Traditionalists say
about the <<ordained>> Iranian and Parsi Mobeds who have been
performing such Navjotes for the last 30 years in Iran and the Western
countries? Records show that the Traditionalists do pronounce such acts by Parsi
Mobeds as "âshmogîh/ahlamogîh -- heresy," but I am quite
sure that they do not dare to point a finger at any Iranian Mobed whom they know
that he has done and is doing it. Paradoxically, some of these Iranian Mobeds
are participating in the Congress as "Speakers."
(15)
My campaign to have myself as a speaker in WZC 2000, and my threat to come and
participate without any invitation! I have not written a single line in which I
have requested to be included as one. My name was proposed by two Iranian
gentlemen on the Congress program and it has been reportedly voted against in
complete secrecy because of extraordinary pressure by certain Traditionalist
leaders. The problem is far from being solved. However, when invited, I will
participate and speak. If not, I will participate like any other
participant.
But
my exclusion is not based on Principle. Although not formally announced, it has
been done against the WZC 2000 and FEZANA rules and regulations. The reaction
shown by certain circles stands on the Principle and not any person's
personality.
(16)
I am not a "born" Zoroastrian. No one is born in any religion
whatsoever. It is the parent/s and/or foster person/s who raise the child in
their religion or school of belief and thought. Religion is not an animal
species. A cat is a born cat, an elephant a born elephant and a human, a born
human. They cannot change from one species to another. Religion or any other way
of life/living can be given by elders or chosen and adopted by the person who
wants it.
Every
person in the world -- past, present and future -- is a convert,
converted to that order by the fostering persons. This is a silent conversion by
fostering. And there are those who are converted by force or concession. Then
there are those who listen to persons of other creeds, read literature, and are
convinced to convert themselves to a fresh order.
Those
who believe in religion-by-birth, are simply following the Karma doctrine
of the Hindu caste system, and not any of the Zarathushtrian Principles.
My
Navjote was performed in Tehran by the late Mobed Rashid Shahmardan with
"born Zartoshtis, both Iranians and Parsis" attending the ceremony as
witnesses. He also performed the Navjote of the children of certain persons now
turned into ardent Traditionalists and are leading the campaign against me. And
also of more than 200 not-born-Zartoshti Iranians! He was a true missionary.
Mazda has blessed his noble soul!
I
am a Zarathushtrian/Zarathushtri/Zartoshti/Jarthosti/Zoroastrian. I have chosen
the Good Religion through my crystal clear comparative mind and not
fostered into it without comprehension and as the custom dictates. Mine is the
knowledgeable Choice by Free Will and not the predestination supposed to
be ordained by God and/or the imposition performed by the social-bound elders on
a playful child.
(17)
I have not changed my name. Why should I? It has been given by my loving
parents. It is in Arabic. Ali means "Exalted," Akbar
means "Greater, Senior." Arab Zoroastrians (Tâziyân-e
Basteh-koshtiyân) of the Sassanian had their names in their language and so
shall those who choose it in future. Ali is a pre-Islamic name, and akbar
is comparative adjective. My last name Jafarey means "Brookside."
Zoroastrians-by-Choice with so-called Christian names have retained their names.
And mine is not an embarrassing name. Some have.
How
about Parsis names. Jal in Gujarati means "Net, snare" and Birdy
is English. If it is Zâl of Persian, then it means "Albino."
It was the name of Rostam's father and according to the Shahnameh, the only
source of their stories, both were non-Zartoshtis. Maneck (Pearl) is a
typical Hindu name and so is Pallan (Rearing). If at all someone derives
it from Persian, then it would mean "Camel Saddle." "Dowlat"
is an Arabic name like mine. It means "turn of fortune, wealth,
state." Dolly is its shortened form. Rashid (Mature) and Adil
(Just) are two more Arabic names. Parvin is Pleiades, an astronomical
name. Mistry or Mistree is mechanic or cook.
I can go on for hundred first and last names. Iranian or Indian, from A (Arash
-- Bear) to Z (ZAL -- Albino) and show that all of them are
"non-Zoroastrian" names.
Bahman
(Vohu Manah), Freni (loving), Paouruchista (Full-of-Perception), Soroush/Sarosh
(Inner-Voice) and many names of the foremost converts-to-the-Good-Religion and
their next two to three generations mentioned in the Farvardin Yasht are the
names that reflect the Message of Zarathushtra. Only these can be called as true
Zoroastrian names.
So
how about asking the very persons, who ask me to change mine, change their
non-Zartoshti names! If they at all decide to change them, I can help. I have a
full list of true “meaningful” Zoroastrian names.
(18) <<He said Aderbad Maraspand (one of the great Dasturjis of the past who poured moulten metal on his chest and was unharmed) was a trickster and a publicity seeker. Aderbad Maraspand was a pure Zarathushtri saint who by the virtue of his purity and spirituality was able to come out unscathed from this great Aryan test of fire. To insult a great saint in this manner is the height of cowardice and sordid behaviour.>>
The best way to know as to who insulted Adurbad Maraspandan, click Adurbad Maraspandan (Allegation & Response) .
Dear
reader, you
have read my responses in brief and you may, if you wish, read them in detail,
and also ask for further proofs to satisfy yourself. Whether in brief or in full
details, you have found out as to what is the truth. However, I want you
to go through the allegations again and reflect over them:
1.
Jafarey <<has held our priesthood in contempt.>>
2.
<<Asho Zarathushtra "not an Athravan," "not a Prophet"
and "anti-priest.">>
3.
calls <<our fire temples 'Precidents for prostitution,' his dirty, filthy,
twisted mind putting for the argument that women did not go to the fire temples
during their menses because prostitution was practices by priests there.>>
4.
calls <<our consecrated "Nirang": "Bullpiss".>>
5.
<<has sought to denigrate our scriptures as forgeries.>> He calls
<<Hormazd Yasht as "Forgery.">>
6.
<<has stated that Shah Fareydoon to be a 'bhang drinker'.>> and
brands <<our sacred "Hom": "Wisdom-wasting
drink.">>
7.
<<has stated that the Ijashne ceremony is enacted to promote the use of
drugs.>>
8.
<<was actively involved in performing Navjotes of Moslems and that was
likely to have serious repercussions for Zoroastrians now living in Iran under
the Islamic regime.>>
9.
<<Demeaning our Sudreh-kushti>>
10.
<<Constant pouring scorn on our sacred scriptures and prayers>>.
11.
<<Establishing the Gatha-Alone-Cult with emphasis only on his perverted
version of the Gathas and dismissing the rest of our scriptures.>>
12.
<<Referring to himself as a RATU (A Spiritual Leader) which title is
reserved for Asho Zarathushtra.>>
13.
<<Performing Navjotes of JUDDINS though he is not an ordained Mobed, being
himself a Muslim>>
14.
<<Purporting Navjotes of JUDDINS to the Zarathushtrian faith in spite of
there being a clear religious injunction against it.>>
(15) <<Aderbad Maraspand (one of the great Dasturjis of the past who poured moulten metal on his chest and was unharmed) was a trickster and a publicity seeker.>>
Now
I ask: If I have not made the above statements, then WHO has?
The answer is easy. The very person/s who has/have distorted, transplanted, manipulated, fabricated, and falsified my straight writings, all recorded and available for verification. They ARE the real persons responsible for maligning their own sacrosanct. Will Ervad Birdy, Dr. Ichaporia and others who have their names in the 26-page packet dare come out and give the names behind the fabricated and falsified allegations?!?!?!
He/she/they
then cleverly misled others in believing the falsities so that they also join
them in the blaspheming uproar against me, presently to bar me from
participating as a speaker at the WZC 2000, and to further their intentions in
the future. What saddens me most is as to how certain persons, holding
responsible positions, can do this to a community well known for its honesty,
truth and integrity.
They
blaspheme me for the reason/s he/she/they know best. But at the same time the
falsifications show to what length certain persons would stoop low so as to
fabricate profane statements regarding the very things they themselves claim to
hold holy and sacred. Isn't it amazing? Every allegation reflects the mentality
and morality of the person/s who fabricated it.
The
reader may wonder as to what the whole trouble is about. For only one reason: Prevent
the simple laity from being enlightened about his/her refreshing religion.
Knowledge brings freedom of thought, word and deed. Knowledge brings freedom
from exploitation and bondage. Knowledge enlightens each and every person to
understand the real way of independence and yet the cooperative way of life that
contributes to the progress of the living world of ours -- the very way guided
by the Gathas. Knowledge makes one be modernly progressive to see the divinely
natural way of leading a good life without being driven to live as sheep do.
The
Divine Message of Zarathushtra, propagated by the Zarathushtrian Assembly is
enlightening the people.
Some
Traditionalists thought that blasphemy would work to stop the mission. They
resorted to distortion, falsification, rumors, and lies. My appearance before
the very people that have been misled would seriously expose them. I MUST be
prevented at any cost if they have to perpetuate their hold on the simple
misled. My appearance will hasten their disappearance. It is shear fear of
exposure that is driving them to desperation.
To
conclude the Brief Responses, the above seventeen quotations and my brief
comments give the reader an idea of how veracity is distorted to achieve an end.
If at all any of the readers is interested to know the full details, he/she is
welcome to give his/her full home postal address and I will send the details.
The pages analyze each of the letters in the 26-page packet and show in detail
how my statements have been misconstrued and twisted into what the senders have
intended to "present." The original copies of the "Protest
Letters" are also attached for those whom I presume that they have not
received the packet for them to verify the contents. It is intended for those
who may wish to see the picture in full, the Truth behind the wall of Lies,
the Plain Reality behind the Intricate Falsity. I leave it to their
"good conscience, daęnâ vanguhi."
